Kimberly Cowan is a multimedia artist who dabbles in many types of media - from stone sculpture to photography, watercolor to digital.  She studied fine arts at Colorado State University for the beginning of her academic career before changing her studies towards the path of language and science.  

She has a particular fondness for animals, especially the oft overlooked 'creepy crawlies' of the world - bugs, snakes, and microorganisms all take prime focus in her art.

She lives in Colorado with her husband, two greyhounds, three snakes, and a variety of pet arthropods.
